Click Start -> All/Programs -> Accessories -> Remote Desktop Connection.  You should have a similar screen as below

You should have received an email titled “New Server Information” with the following key information, if you do not have this email check your Junk/Spam folder as some email ISP’s will file them there.

VPS Order Details

IP Address: 66.240.***.***
Username: Administrator
password: **********

Please note this is just an example your email will have information populated where a * currently resides.

Next take the IP you were given in the email and copy this into the Remote Desktop Connection program.

You then might be prompted by the below window, check the box for “Don’t Ask me again for connections to this computer” and click YES

Once you have done this you will be prompted by another window to enter a user name and password,  this information is in the earlier stated email where you retrieved the IP address from.

Type in the required information * Note you cannot copy and paste into this window” then click OK

If everything was typed in properly you should be logged in and seeing a windows desktop where you can browse, install whatever you like.
